WHAT WE STAND FOR.
As a specialist for technical buildings, we secure the supply for many areas of infrastructure - such as electricity, gas, water, renewable energies, digitalization, e-mobility, industry - and thus support the expansion of infrastructure for the energy and mobility transition.
We are proud that our solutions contribute to the expansion of renewable energy and support the development of energy infrastructure. With our climate strategy, we want to achieve a continuous CO2 reduction in all three scopes along our entire value chain and are actively committed to responsible social action as a company. Our sustainability performance is also assessed as part of the EcoVadis rating.
Our way to reducing emissions
Climate Strategy
Launch in 2022 with specific measures to reduce CO2 emissions.
Technology
First use of our innovative carbon concrete development in a customer project.
Supply chain
Working with our suppliers to reduce Scope 3 emissions.
Electricity
From 2023, we will rely on renewable energies and therefore no longer generate any Scope 2 emissions in Germany.
E-mobility
We will only use electric vehicles well before the statutory regulations (2035) and continue to expand our charging infrastructure.
Energy generation
Retrofitting roofs with PV systems. The first systems are connected to the grid in 2023.
Heat transition
Replacement of fossil heating systems in the plants with 100% renewable heat generation by 2033.

E for Environmental
Environmental protection is important to us. Our goal is to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions company-wide across Scopes 1, 2, and 3.
What we do for it:
- Introduction of a comprehensive climate strategy
- Environmental management certification (ISO 14001)
- Energy mangement certification (ISO 50001)
- Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact
- Conversion to green electricity (Scope 2 = 0) at German Locations
- Research into new product technologies (e.g. carbon concrete)

S for Social
